How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled partway through your existing subscription contract. For a single subscription purchased online please contact us at clientsupport@influencerintelligence.com with your customer number or account email address and the team can remove the future auto-renewal option from your account. For a corporate subscription please provide your company name and contact details and we can put you in touch with your account manager to discuss your future renewal.
